Saturday presentations

9:00 - 10:30 am PST / 12pm EST / 6pm CET

Recruitment Presentations:
Additional Presentation:
  • AquaNurch - ‘Natural Intelligence + Artificial Intelligence’ to create Climate-resilient Sustainable Fisheries -

12:00 - 1:30 pm PST / 3pm EST / 9pm CET

Recruitment Presentations:
  • CO2ken: Unlocking carbon offsetting for web3. A project to develop a unified, open, collaborative standard for carbon credit tokenization which is agnostic of both carbon methodology and standard body, which creates the first primitive for a more transparent and composable sustainable finance ecosystem. or Open Climate Gitbook or GitHub:
  • involveMINT: involveMINT is a Community Exchange Network that empowers “ChangeMakers” to work on impactful projects by earning a currency accepted and exchanged among community business, residents and organizations, affording access to goods and services while keeping wealth local, and building thriving communities.
  • Eartheum: An initiative to promote a standard for a net zero certificate which can be collected from certified third-party tokens. This “certificate of certificates” will boost the credibility of organizations’ measures and will bring outlets to emerging low carbon blockchain projects.

3:00 - 4:30 pm PST / 6pm EST / 12am CET

Recruitment Presentations:
  • Local Air: Air monitoring sensors in local neighborhoods to track air pollution and keep residents who in low-income communities informed. - [email protected]
  • Project Øasis: Project Oasis provides insights for sustainability executives to reduce and remove carbon emissions. At the moment the main service are monthly posts for and from Climate Pioneers. The idea is to expand the services and help executives act on climate change. on Github: or [email protected]
  • SurveyStack / SoilStack: SurveyStack is a flexible but scalable Javascript survey tool for collecting survey-type data from a variety of human and machine sources. SurveyStack has integrations with other services (farmOS farm management system, Regen Ledger, or other services) for pushing the finished survey results to any number of additional locations. SoilStack is a version of SurveyStack with a purpose-designed front end for walking a user through a survey at a predefined series of GPS locations, with advanced tools for intelligent point selection (stratification). SoilStack is intended for soil sampling and efficiently producing soil carbon stock estimates based on in-field samples, but could also be used for other stock estimates.”,
  • BFLO: BFLO technology to track, verify and manage sustainability information around business and finance. This includes Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ESG data, certifications, and carbon. BFLO’s protocol is blockchain-enabled for secure audits around claims and third party verification, and is being designed to help make it easier to manage complex information.
  • Advanced IoT systems and blockchain to track, control and reduce energy usage in commercial buildings. While tracking this energy, the system realtime carbon offsets itself using grid mix Oracles that query grids to calculate the footprint of the system in real time. Carbon tons brought onchain as 1:1 pegs to VERRA VCS tons that are retired in legacy systems, are used in subtokenized quantities and can be offset down to the gram of CO2e. This in turn, ensures that buildings operating a Creol system, are carbon neutral by default and in some cases, carbon positive. This in turn can address 30% of worldwide emissions today.

6:00 - 7:30 pm PST / 10am HongKong

Recruitment Presentations:
  • Sprout: A platform to GROW the next generation of climate leaders by empowering them to take local action to fight climate change. Deck
  • Global Carbon Reward: Proposing a new international financial mechanism for providing scalable debt-free financial incentives for climate mitigation and social and ecological co-benefits. Deck - - [email protected]
